Insight. Action. Impact.

We partner directly with owners to accelerate and realise the full potential of the business they have built.

About Amicus Lane Partners

You've built something extraordinary. Whether your company is a small, high-value business or a large, complex organisation, it exists because you've made thousands of decisions most people never see. Growth at this level brings opportunity and complexity. More people. More priorities. Higher-stakes choices where clarity and execution both matter. Failure is not an option.

This is where we step in.

We partner with a small number of businesses at pivotal stages of growth where we believe we can realise exceptional potential.

We make businesses genuinely investable and scalable, not just well-presented for a transaction.

We’re more than a strategy consultancy or a transaction clean-up team. We work hands-on inside the business to strengthen the operating backbone, improve P&L quality and credibility, and remove the execution constraints that slow growth or force valuation compromises, whether a company is scaling, raising capital, or positioning for an exit.

We combine world-class commercial discipline with hands-on operational leadership to strengthen structure, unlock value, and deliver outcomes for founders and investors.

In select circumstances, we will invest alongside owners.

We have worked with some of the largest multi-national corporations, but our focus lies in partnering directly with founders to realise the full potential of what they have built.

How We’re Different

How We’re Different

combining institutional investment experience with operational leadership to translate advice into measurable outcomes.

We act as partners, not service providers

embedding alongside management to drive the structural and behavioural change required for growth.

We focus on substance, not scale

taking on only a handful of companies each year to ensure depth, discretion, and alignment.

We unlock value before liquidity

creating structure and scalability first, then positioning for capital or exit when the business is truly ready.

Our Model for Success

Our Model for Success

We recognise that every business and founder is different. Our model is designed to align our success with yours.

Flexible engagement structures

We tailor commercial terms to reflect each situation, combining retainers, project fees, or success-based components where appropriate.

Long-term alignment

Our preference is to participate in the upside we help create, whether through milestone-based fees or performance incentives.

Founder-friendly approach

We invest time up front to understand the business, ensuring clarity on where we can add the most value.

Selective partnerships

Our model depends on shared success, we only take on a small number of companies each year, typically:

Our FAQs And Reviews

What types of businesses do you work with?

We typically partner with SMEs generating $3m–$70m in annual revenue, that are profitable or on a clear path to profitability, and are looking to professionalise, scale, or prepare for investment or exit within the next 1–5 years.

Do you help businesses raise capital directly?

We do not raise capital ourselves. Instead, we prepare companies to be investor-ready, strengthen their positioning, and introduce them to aligned investors such as PE firms, family offices, and strategic acquirers.

How is your engagement structured?

Our model is flexible. Depending on the situation, we may use retainers, project-based support, or performance-aligned success components. We aim for long-term alignment and shared value creation.

What makes Amicus Lane different from traditional consulting firms?

We combine institutional investment experience with hands-on operational leadership, allowing us to bridge strategy and execution. We work selectively with only a few companies at a time, embedding deeply to deliver measurable outcomes.
